Audience Viewpoints is a small, client-centered audience research and evaluation firm. We work with organizations from the earliest stages of an idea or a grant proposal through launch, to effectively gauge the impact of programs, exhibits, and other products and experiences. The partners at Audience Viewpoints, Kate Haley Goldman and Steven Yalowitz, have nearly 40 years of combined experience evaluating complex programs, exhibits and online experiences. We have both worked as in-house evaluators at institutions, which means we understand not only how a project fits into the bigger picture but also your perspective – we’ve sat on both sides of the table. Our experience in the fields of informal learning and cultural heritage means we’ve worked with a variety of groups around the nation- art museums, historical societies, large science centers, small nature centers, amateur clubs, organizations, web-based citizen science groups, online games, and many more.
